Master Program in Management

In 2002 Maranatha Christian University held a Master Program in Management based on license no. 1063/D/T/2002 from the Director General of Higher Education, dated May 29, 2002. The permit for this operation has been extended based on letter No. 6569/D/T/K-IV/2011 dated 21 April 2011. The implementation of the Master's Program in Management is based on the need for the formation and education of competent leaders. In the era of globalization with a turbulent and competitive environment, it is felt the need for reliable and skilled leaders to be able to contribute to organizational performance and thereby contribute to the welfare of the nation and state.

The Master Program in Management is an educational program that instills skills and expertise in the field of business management and development managed by institutions, organizations and other business institutions. In addition, it also imparts skills and expertise in formulating effective and efficient strategies in facing various actual challenges faced by organizations in a competitive and global environment as well as the development of intellectual competence (knowledge & skills) and social competence (attitude & character) to become a person full of integrity in terms of knowledge society and economy in accordance with the values ​​of the Master Program in Management of Maranatha Christian University, namely Integrity, Care and Excellence..

Matriculation

The Master Program in Management at Maranatha begins with matriculation program activities. The matriculation program is an activity that must be followed by students before attending the first semester of lectures which aims to equalize students' knowledge of management-related materials to a level that is considered minimal to be able to take courses in the Master Program in Management curriculum.

The matriculation program consists of 4 courses. Each course consists of 8 face-to-face meetings and 1 matriculation exam. The results of the evaluation of the matriculation exam are declared by passing or not passing. For students who are declared not to have passed, they must re-take the matriculation course.

  • Lecture Room with AC
    The lecture room is equipped with air conditioning facilities for the convenience of students of the program.
  • Computer Laboratory
    A special computer laboratory is provided to help postgraduate students to better understand the theories/lessons given by the lecturers, and to motivate students to keep up with technological advances.
  • Ruang baca dan Perpustakaan
    Disediakan perpustakaan untuk Program Magister Manajemen UKM. Buku-buku dan majalah yang bertopik manajemen yang tersedia akan di-update dari waktu ke waktu mengikuti perkembangan bisnis di ruang baca lt 10 dan perpustakaan GWM lt.6.
  • Internet Usage
    Internet devices are provided in every classroom that students can use for free.
